This puppy is being sold as a pet with limited AKC registration papers.

The remaining balance of _________________ will be paid in cash (U.S. dollars) at the time of pick up. If the puppy is being shipped by plane with a flight nanny, then the remaining balance must be paid by cashier's check or money order by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old to allow for time to book the flight and arrange the nanny service. Flight will not be booked and the puppy will not be shipped until the funds clear our bank. The new owner will spay or neuter this Pomeranian before 1 year of age for females, and 1 year of age for males. Deposits are non-refundable. The breeder must receive full payment before the puppy may go home. This puppy is sold with no warranties, either expressed or implied, in “as is” condition, with no guarantees other than those stated herein. Puppies go to their new home between 8-12 weeks of age (at the breeder’s determination).

This health guarantee covers death of the puppy from a hereditary or congenital defect, and is in effect for 1 year from the date of birth of this puppy. This puppy has been vet checked by the seller’s veterinarian before the final sale and had a clean bill of health. The new owner has 48 hours from the date the puppy is delivered or picked up, to have the Pomeranian examined by a veterinarian of their own choice, at their own expense. If within 7 days of delivery or pick-up, your puppy is determined through physical exam to have died from disease contracted on the breeder’s premises and a veterinarian of seller’s choice concurs with your vet's findings, a refund of the purchase price less the shipping cost will be refunded only if a replacement puppy of the same quality isn’t available within a 12-month period. Reimbursement will not include the initial vet exam, deposit, or other fees including shipping. Findings of intestinal or external parasites, coccidia, or giardia are not grounds for declaring the puppy unfit for purchase. If, within one year, your puppy dies from a defect which is hereditary or congenital, and which adversely affected the health of the puppy, the seller may exercise one of the options above for replacement or refund. The seller will only reimburse the price of the puppy, less shipping, in the event of death - any incurred vet bills are the buyer’s responsibility. In this event, the buyer must produce the puppy for examination by a licensed veterinarian designated by the seller within 2 business days. The buyer’s vet must perform an autopsy and provide the seller with a written statement of cause of death before compensation of any sort will be considered. The seller requires the buyer to provide a record of vaccinations and vet visits to show that the puppy had received appropriate preventative care. Returning the puppy will be at the buyer’s expense. There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness not contracted on the seller’s premises. No veterinary bills will be paid by the breeder.

This Health Guarantee excludes luxated patella, bite going off, thyroid, kennel cough, hernia, coccidia, giardia, parasites, skin conditions, non-descended testicles, BSD, cherry eye, and parvo (if not affected within 7 days of delivery or pickup of puppy). Hypoglycemia is a serious health issue but is not covered by this warranty as it is usually caused by not getting enough food to eat or by too much activity, and this is within your control. Please always leave dry kibble and fresh water out for your puppy to nibble on throughout the day to prevent hypoglycemia. Contact the breeder and your puppy’s veterinarian if your puppy is not eating properly and/or has runny stools for more than 12 hours. If your puppy is lethargic, contact your puppy’s vet immediately.

Never put your new puppy on the ground, where other dogs have been, until all of its shots have been given. They can pick up parvo and other diseases even at a vet’s office or at a friend’s house.

Your puppy has been de-wormed and is up to date on all shots appropriate for its age. We do not give the Lepto vaccination, as it has been shown to be more dangerous than good for small dogs like Pomeranians. Please ask your vet about future de-wormings and vaccinations. You will be provided with a record of the dates and vaccines given. The seller cannot in any way guarantee size, weight, color, ear set, 

breedability, bite, or coat type at maturity. Potential adult size is determined at time of sale by a puppy weight chart which is included in the puppy packet.

Seller is bound only to the original buyer. This contract is entered into in the State of California and will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of California. This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties. No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied, are included unless specifically stated herein. When the buyer and seller execute this contract, it will be binding upon both parties, subject and pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

It is agreed that at no time will the buyer sell or give this Pomeranian, or any of its offspring, to a pet store, a puppy mill operation, a dog pound, or a dog broker, or any similar enterprise, or sell at auction.

I have read and understand the “Pomeranian Care Instructions” provided in the puppy packet. In the event that the buyer needs to find a new home for the Pomeranian in the future, the breeder should be contacted for possible assistance. The Pomeranian may be returned to the breeder at any point throughout its life, at the buyer's expense, with no refund or reimbursement of any kind, if the buyer is unable to keep the puppy.

The breeder will not be responsible for negligence in the buyers care for the puppy. Negligence is defined as malnutrition, abuse, failure to give appropriate shots and de-worming, placing the puppy in the company of other animals not current on their vaccinations or in general good health, death by an act of God, or any undesirable effect on the puppy that is out of the breeder’s control. If the buyer does not abide by this contract as stated, it will be null and void and no warranties will apply.

BUYER AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND GUARANTEES, BY SIGNING AND RETURNING THE PUPPY CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE TO THE SELLER. IF THE PUPPY CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE IS NOT RETURNED, THE PUPPY CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE IS VOID AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND ON THE PUPPY/DOG.
